Booking Policy :

  1. All accommodation reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our booking staff.
  2. Guests must supply correct information when booking.
  3. A valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, passport, or driver’s license) is required during check-in.
  4. The hotel maintains the right to cancel any incomplete or suspicious bookings.

Check-in and Check-out Policy :

  1. Check-in time: 12:00 PM.
  2. Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
  3. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may result in extra costs.
  4. Late departures without prior notification may result in a one-night hotel fee.

Payment Terms :

  1. We accept payments using cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and recognized internet portals.
  2. To secure your reservation, you may need to make an advance payment.
  3. All outstanding amounts must be paid at checkout.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

  1. You can cancel for free up to 48 hours before your check-in date.
  2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows will result in a one-night fee.
  3. Refunds (if applicable) are completed within 7 to 10 business days.
  4. During holiday seasons or special deals, different cancellation policies may apply.

Guest Conduct :

  1. Guests must always respect the hotel’s personnel, property, and other guests.
  2. Any act of misbehavior, property damage, or disturbance may result in an instant eviction without return.
  3. Loud music, partying, and criminal activities are all absolutely forbidden on the premises.

Property Damage :

  1. Guests are liable for any damage they do to hotel rooms, furnishings, or property.
  2. The cost of repair or replacement will be added to the guest’s total payment.

Visitor Policy :

  1. Visitors are only allowed in guest rooms between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
  2. Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not authorized for security concerns.

Liability Disclaimer :

  • The Hotel is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal goods.
  • Parking is provided at the guests’ own responsibility.
  • The Hotel accepts no responsibility for disruptions caused by natural catastrophes, government orders, or technical faults beyond our control.

Pets & Smoking Policy :

  • Pets are not permitted within the premises.
  • Smoking is allowed only in defined places. Violations can result in a penalty charge.

Force Majeure :

  • The Hotel accepts no responsibility for service delays or failures caused by unanticipated circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

  • We appreciate your privacy. Personal information obtained while booking is only used for hospitality and operational purposes. Your data is safely stored and never shared with other parties without your permission.
